Fife

            Hi my name is Alex. I am 14 years old and I have been playing the fife for two years in the militia. Short high notes on my fife tell the militia if it is time to eat or if it is time to take a break. The fife commands soldiers to march and fight. When I turn 16 I will trade my fife in musket and I will serve in the militia until I turn 60.
