Apple-Peeling

            I love to go to apple-peeling parties. It makes my time consuming job easy and fun. We try to pare our apples leaving a long curly peel, which we then throw the peel in the air. If the peel lands in the shape of a letter it is believed to be the initial of a future husband or wife.
