Good day master/mistress/lass/lad. My name is Megen Stoner and welcome to The Rocky Inn. The colonists are quite inventive about naming foods like snicker-doodles, which are cookies. Not everything is cooked directly on an open flame. Bread for example is cooked in an oven built into the chimney. Baking is planned for Saturday night supper. The leftovers could be kept in the oven and eaten warm for Sunday meals. No work is permitted on Sunday the Sabbath.
