Class of 2013

First mix 1/2 teaspoon of yeast with 1/4 cup of warm water.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon of honey.

Add 3/4 cup of flour
Mix together with a wooden spoon until dough is formed.
Knead the dough for several minutes.

Then separate the dough into two balls and roll it into a rope about 10 inches long.  Then make it into a shape of your choice.

Put salt on the pretzels if you want.

Then bake it for 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees until gold and brown.
