William Penn

This picture is William Penn when he was fifty-two. William Penn was arrested for being a Quaker but his dad was a friend with the king so he got let out of jail early. The picture I drew was copied from a picture of William Penn in 1696. William Penn died in 1718 after spending 3 years in Pennsylvania. He was very kind and respectful to the Native Americans.
