This fabulous tale will take you where you've never been before.Princess Eilonwy travels to the Castle of Mona to learn her royal skills. Her friend Taran, the Assistant Pig-Keeper, and his companion, Gurgi, sense that there is evil in the air. They set out to rescue the princess from the evil enchantress, Achren. Will evil win? Go into the land of Prydain and see how it all ends.

This is book three of The Prydain Chronicles by Lloyd Alexander. I recommend this and the other books in the series to readers who like fantasies.

The Castle of Llyr is about a teen-age boy named Taran who has to escort a princess back to her home land, the Castle of Llyr. When they get to the castle, the princess is captured by one of their servants. He is going to bring her to her long-time enemy. The enemy puts many spells on her so she can not remember anything. Taran has to get the princess back before she is lost forever.

I enjoyed The Castle of Llyr because it has a lot of adventure and fantasy in the story.
