There is a Festival At Abby's Super Sib's High school. Every year Abby has to baby-sit for her brother at the festival. This year she wants to ride her bike to the festival with her friends from school, Jessica, her best friend, and Natalie, a new girl that she made friends with. But to do that she must prove to her parents that she is mature enough to go to the festival alone with just her friends.

Will she get her wish to go to the festival with friends or will she have to baby-sit for her brother there?

Abby wants to go to the Fall Festival at the high School with her friends. She wants to go without her parents and little brother. To do this she has to prove how mature she is. She plans to clean the house, take care of her brother, and make family breakfasts. It is a great plan until disaster strikes. I enjoyed this book because it teaches you to be careful with things. It is also funny because she's doing so well until her one careless mistake.

I have read The Amazing Days of Abby Hayes, The Declaration of Independence.  I  think this is a great book to read. This book is about a girl who wants to go with her friends to the festival but she goes with her little brother every year. She has to prove to her parents that she is mature enough to go with her friends. But the day that she tries to get her independence by babysitting her brother he runs into a slide and gets rushed to the hospital, and he ends up going with Abby and her friends to the festival. I recommend this book to girls ages 9-12.  I think really all girls will like this book.
