The Tower Treasure is the first of the Hardy Boys series. Frank and Joe Hardy are on the trail of the person who stole precious bonds and jewels. Their journey leads them to New York and back to their hometown of Bayport. They find the treasure in an old railroad water tower and end up being locked in by the Hobo who lives there.

I have read a lot of Hardy Boys books and this one is not the most intriguing. I rate this book a 6 out of 10.
