| Title: Lily B. on the Brink of
Cool |

The book I read is about Lily Blenderhassett's
summer. Her best friend, Charlotte, goes to young Executive Camp, and
Lily B. misses her. At first, her only activity is writing in her
journal for her summer English assignment. Lily's parents like
educational outings and she participates but does not enjoy them. Lily
thinks they are uncool and dorky. One place they visited was a
Colonial patch work exhibit. Her
summer finally changes when she meets Karma at her relative's wedding.
They become friends immediately and have their own "cool" adventures
that end up causing them trouble. This affects their friendship and to
find out more you will have to read this book.
I would rate this book a ten! It kept my interest
and made me
want to keep reading. In fact I read it every day for a few days until
I finished the book it was great.
