This is an opera
story about a young prince named Tamino who is searching for
his beloved princess, Pamina. Prince Tamino is sent to rescue
the princess who is taken away from her mother, the Night
Queen. The Night Queen sends Tamino to retrieve her daughter.
If he is successful he will have her hand in marriage. Along
the way he meets Papageno, the birdman, who helps to save
the princess. Each of them is given a magical instrument to
help them along the journey. Soon after they start out Papageno
finds Pamina. The prince and princess fall in love, but Tamino
must prove himself worthy of his love. Papageno must do the
same. These trials are dangerous. Is it possible that they
could die? Read to find out if Tamino and Papageno survive
the trials.
I recommend this
book to people who like to read about love and operas. I rate
this book a 7 because it isn't very descriptive.
