Midnight is about a horse named Midnight and all the hardships and adventures he goes through as he grows up. One day when Midnight is about one-year-old, during the dead of winter, a pack of wolves sneaks-up on the unwary Midnight and his mother. The wolves manage to get a meal out of their hunt by killing Midnight's mother. Midnight's life is never the same after his mother dies. He goes through a lot of exiting events including defeating his unknown father in a fight over a herd of mares. The suspense builds when seven bears show up one night.

Animal and horse lovers will enjoy this good book which is filled with adventure and suspense.
