The purpose of this experiment is to determine which food is the hardest to digest and which food takes the longest to digest. The food was soaked in vinegar, and every other day a cube was checked to see how much of it was digested. The control was water and those cubes were tested every other vinegar day.
By the end of this experiment, the potato had digested 59%, the bread 130% and the carrots were digested 4%. The apples were digested 52% and the hot dog was digested 93%. The bread was the easiest to digest followed by the hot dog. The carrot was the hardest to digest.
