The Effects Of Various Types Of Water On Plants : By Alex G.
The purpose of this project was to see what happened when plants are fed different types of water. To carry out this project required at least thirty-six plant seeds, thirty-six pots, water, salt, and three cups to hold the three types of water. First, soil was placed in each pot. Second, the soil was moistened. Third, the seeds were planted after the soil dried. Fourth, the soil was placed over the seeds and the plants were broken into three groups of twelve. One group was fed regular water. The second group was fed low content salt water . The third group was fed high salt content water. Fifth, the plants were fed the different types of water. Sixth, the plants were fed everyday for ten days. When the occurred, the first group grew rapidly, the second group grew little by little and the third group never grew.
