The Best of the Best

The purpose of this experiment was to see which substrate better supported the growth of ivy. The two substrates that were tested were metal screen and stucco. the species of ivy used was Hedera helix. The tests were run five times to produce more accurate results. The hypothesis stated that the stucco would out-perform the metal screen. The metal screen proved to be more efficient, though, rendering the hypothesis rejected. This experiment, although it hadits difficulties like any experiment does, would prove useful to garden enthusiasts and owners of garden-shops. This was an interesting and fun experiment to conduct and will hopefully be taken further.
