THE LIFE OF A QUAIL
By Charlie
In your egg you feel worm. Soon
you are urged to brake through, brake through the barrier of life
into the world.
You awake to a blinding light but
you adjust fast. Soon you see your brothers and sisters.
Then large hand picks you up and
a put you were the light is great and the heat is worm. Soon
a giant, white soft mother comes and you snuggle up to it. Many
large faces look at you all day.
You are scared, confused, and worried
but you will survive, yes survive.
