Hello, I am Cheo Zung.

When I was a little boy at the age of eight, I had a neighbor who was very foolish and mean. He used to dress up as children's parents and play different jokes on the children including me.

When anyone tried to get him to help them he would just say "go away I'm busy", but of course he was not. The children became very angry and told their parents. The parents got very mad too and they went to his house and cut a rope from his cart!

One day after the incident, without knowing what we had done, my neighbor got in his cart to go to visit his mother who was the only person he actually cared about. He thought that he was the best in the world, and he kept on drivng.

Later he was driving his cart with his eyes closed, just being foolish and all of a sudden, he got into a horrible accident. His cart had flipped over and nobody cared about him, so no one came to rescue him. Two days later someone had They found that he had died.

Later in my life, I remember this story and it brings back bad memories. Now I ask myself, should we have cut that rope on his cart, or not?

I feel bad for what we have done, but a part of me tells me it is better this way, that there is nothing wrong with what we had done. I don't know the answer and I may never know, for there may not be an answer. So remember, never act foolish or you may end up like my old neighbor did.
