Dou!

 

There was a village by the Yangtse river. People living near the river could smell the river and the fish. This village brought people joy. People there were good and they were polite. A new child came to the village. He was not sure where to go or what to do. He ran into a nervous boy named Shu.

"Hi my name is Shu."

"Hello, my name is Dou."

Everything was fine until they ran into Don Pou he was feared by all the chilldren in the village, he was the best athlete in the village. He picked on all the children in the village.

"What's your name?" said Don Pou.

"None of your buiness." said Dou.

The parents in the village announced a competion between the best athlete in the village and the newest member of the village: that meant Don Pou and Dou would compete against in many sports. In the days before the contest, Don Pou was playing tricks on Dou, throwing rocks at him and playing practical jokes Dou.

On the day of the contest, Don Pou's friend offred to hold his coat for him because it was getting hot outside . Don Pou said

"No! someone might take it from you, you being weak and all."

The contests were running, swimming, throwing bamboo poles, canoe racing, and the suprise final contest. Dou won all the contests which were running, throwing bamboo poles ten to six, swimming seven laps to six laps, mountain climbing, Dou went up the mountain two times and Don Pou went up only one time, and canoe racing, which Dou won! They then competed in the final contest; they had to knock one or the other off a pedestal. Don Pou saw his friend put down the jacket and told him to pick it back up. Dou knocked him off. "Everyone cheered, Dou! Dou! Dou! Dou! He is the best athlete in the village now!!"

"Good job" said Shu.

"Thanks" said Dou.

 

 

 

The moral of this story is:

One who does not trust, will not be trusted!
