People homeless.
Children crying.
No food.
That is how it is in 1929.
The banks are closed.
Jobs hard to find.
That is how it is when you got Black Thursday on your mind.
People are poor.
Children want more.
Starving children about to die.
People on the streets begging for food and drinks.
The ground is brown.
Nothing to do and nothing to see.
That is what it is like when the depression strikes.
The stock market crashed.
There is nothing to do until it is through.
" We want food," some people shout.
I wished they had it without a doubt.
And that is how it went until 1939.
