We fought.
Why not we live for you! Why not?
We struggled too! In this crazy world
why not is us too!
Why can't we put away our foolish thought why not is us too.
"There must be some kinda way out of here"
We should have no fear!
You let men, blacks and children too,
But for us, we still slave just to ask why not.
In this foolish game we are all really the same!
Yet when we ask we are met with the same response,
You're a women therefore you still must ask Why not!
