Dragon Poem

by Myron

red and black,

a massive creature,

with enormous wings like a vulture

to match its features.

Four horns it wears,

with its teeth curved back,

so its prey,

cannot escape.

Its eyes are peeled,

as if,

it is being watched,

by another roaming the skies.

Its stripes are thick,

in a one-one pattern,

with its mouth,

open and grinning.

It breathes no fire,

just horns, teeth, and claws of a devil

it makes no sound,

as if creeping, like a nightmare, through the walls.
