Destruction

Destruction,
Destruction everywhere,
Trees,
Trees are being cut,
Animals are being killed,
Losing their homes,
Losing their lives.
The Northern Spotted Owl,
Nowhere to be seen.
Loggers,
Chopping,
Chopping with axes,
The trees collapsing,
To the ground.
Dust in the air,
Leaves flying,
Flying wildly,
Wildly in the air.
The Howler Monkey,
Screams in rage,
So angry,
Angry at the loggers,
For their destruction,
For their meanness,
To the earth.
