Joe Stoshack has the ability to travel through time using baseball cards. His friends don't believe that he can travel through time. He travels back to the time of the Civil War by using an Abner Doubleday baseball card. He learns that Abner Doubleday is a general in the Civil War. Joe wants to find out if this is the same man he thinks invented the game of baseball. Read this book to find out who really invents baseball.

I recommend this book to people who like reading about history and sports. I liked this book because I like reading about baseball and the Civil War since we visited Gettysburg last year.
