At the Plate
with Ichiro
is a biography about Ichiro's life. Ichiro
Suzuki was born on October 22,1973 in Japan. Baseball is really
big sport in Japan, and Ichiro's father was a huge baseball
fan. So, when Ichiro was three his father taught him how to
play baseball. The moment he started playing baseball Ichiro
loved to play. From that moment forward Ichiro started to
dream of playing in the Japanese baseball league. He never
thought he could make it to the MLB league, and if he did
he thought he'd be cut and sent to the minors.

and baseball, I recommend this book. You'll find out if Ichiro
succeeds in the Majors, and learn about Ichiro's personal
