This book is about
big mistakes that happened throughout the history of major
league baseball. My favorite story is about a ball going through
the legs of the Red Sox first baseman, Bill Buckner. If he
had made the play, that play would have ended the world series
game with a Red Sox win. Other stories include: a story about
the world's fastest man, Herb Washington being picked off
first base; and one about a catcher tripping on his own mask
while trying to catch a foul ball.
I recommend this
book to anyone who likes baseball and to someone who can appreciate
the humor of someone else's mistakes.
