The
beginning of the story is a sad one, because the Boggart's friend and
owner dies. When the new owners of Castle Keep come to Scotland to look
around they don't know they have inherited something else --The Boggart.
When the family leaves Castle Keep they unwittingly take the Boggart
with them in a piece of furniture in which he is sleeping. When the
Boggart wakes up he realizes he is in a new country. Now of course you
all know that Boggarts are tricksters. So now what will happen? Will the
Boggart wreak havoc in a place that has forgotten magic? And will he
want to go back to Scotland? Find out when you read The Boggart.

Noah K. '10 The
Boggart is a book about a girl named Emily and a boy named Jessep who find out they
have inherited their Grandfather's castle in Scotland called Castle Keep. So they go to
Scotland, but bring some things home with the Boggart in them Oh yea -- a Boggart is a
spirit that taunts people and the whole book is them trying to figure out the Boggart.
I think this is a good book because it is really suspenseful. I
would recommend this book to anyone that likes mystery books.

Mary H. 08 This entertaining tale is about Emily and Jess Volnicks family who
inherited a small falling castle. What they did not know was that they also inherited a
boggart, an everlasting, invisible spirit who plays tricks on the owners of the castle.
When the family is shipped back to Toronto, with the boggart, who knows what he will do to
get back home? If you would like to find out, read this book.
