is book is the fourth of the series but to read this you don't have to read the other three because it explains it all in the first few pages. During this book you will meet George and Harold. They aren't bad kids they just like to liven things up a bit.  Doing that sometimes gets them into a lot of trouble. When their science teacher is an evil mad scientist well you'll have to read the book to find out how he almost destroys the world. Meanwhile Captain Underpants is trying to stop this from happening. Here come George and Harold to help. To find out if they help or make it worse read the book.  I recommend this book to anyone who likes action and humor but there is a cheesy Flip-o-roma that makes the action cheesy.

Professor Poopypants, a very talented scientist, has trouble with his lab work because of his name. He tries and tries to get people to listen to him, but nobody will. Then he comes up with a brilliant idea: he will give all of his ideas to students. So he goes to get a job as a teacher. It turns out that he gets stuck at the worst school of all. It is the one that George and Harold attend. Sure, Professor Poopypants can take a joke, but not one from George and Harold. Only a month into the school year, Professor Poopypants goes insane and tries to take over the world.
