George and Harold are troublemakers, but they are very creative. They love to write comic books about their principal whom they hypnotize. Every time the principal hears a snapping of the fingers, he turns into Captain Underpants. But George and Harold have hypnotized the wrong person. This is a problem, but you'll have to read the story to find out what happens!

Spring 2002

George Beard and Harold Hutchins have brainwashed their principal so whenever anyone snaps their fingers, he turns into a superhero named Captain Underpants.  Now their very mean teacher, Ms. Ribble, is threatening to lower their grades and make the two kids do the 4th grade over.  George and Harold use their "3D hip no ring" to brainwash their teacher into leaving their grades as they are, but it turns out that the ring has the opposite effect on women. Accidentally, they turn their teacher into the Wicked Wedgie Woman. Read the book to find out if the Wicked Wedgie Woman takes over the world and gives everyone an atomic wedgie or if the waistband warrior, Captain Underpants, can save the day.
