| This book is one of the follow-ups
to Little Women. It tells four stories of the four girls in the family --
Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy. Their grandmother has a special necklace and she wants to
give it to one of the four girls. They spend Christmas with her and they don't like
it at all because she is so mean. They go on special outings with their grandmother
throughout the book because she wants to decide who will receive the necklace. I
like this easy-to-read book and would recommend it for girls. Spring 2002 |
