Amber haa been keeping a diary of the events that have happened sinced she had moved to Hawaii.

Early Sunday morning, December 7,1941 Amber's mother rushes into her room screaming, "Amber wake up." Her mother did the same to her brother who also has been sleeping.  Amber, her brother and her mom all run outside to see what has been going on. Amber sees a plane flying extremely low. The pilot flying the plane is a kamikaze, a pilot on a suicide mission. The pilot waves to Amber and then crashes his plane; this is the begining of Pearl Harbor.
