The Fledgling is about a girl named Georgie. She
becomes friends with a goose. The goose teaches Georgie how to fly.
Georgie doesn’t have many friends so she is happy to be friends with the
goose, then when it becomes hunting season Georgie’s friend the goose
must be more careful of hunters.I think Georgie
followed her dream of trying to fly. I also think
that Georgie is kind of like Dr. Doolitle. I would recommend this
book because
it shows how humans can be friends with animals.
