This book is a collection of classical fairy tales
retold and written with added humor. There are a lot of stories such
as "Cutie and the Beast," "The Seven Chickens", and "The Princess and
the Pea". These stories are very funny because you never know what is
going to happen next. This is an entertaining book because it is fun
to hear my favorite tales retold in a silly way.
On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this book a 9.5
because it was so funny.

Fractured Fairy
Tales is a book with a collection of fairy tales, but not ordinary
ones. They are transformed into more modern words or problems. They
are also funny -- they are not the same as a regular story.
Here is a summary of
my favorite tale Rumpelstiltskin. Gladys, the miller's daughter wants
to be famous. All she will do all day would be spinning straw. Then
Rumpelstiltskin comes along and says that he can make her famous
overnight! She accepts and starts to spin straw into gold. She marries
the King, but she promised to give her first child to Rumpelstiltskin in
a contract. She has a baby, but can't let it go. Then she realizes
that if she finds out Rumpelstiltskin's name she can keep the child.
The day of her deadline a boy comes to the palace and tells Gladys about
the man singing a song with his name in it. He tells the name to her
and she gets to keep the child! I enjoyed reading this book --it is a
really great one.
