Peter Hatcher can't seem to get a break from his little brother, Fudge. This five-year old "mayhem maker" opens the bird cage and lets the bird fly away. He even wants to marry Peter's sworn enemy, Sheila Tubman. To make matters worse, the Peter's family decides to rent a summer home right next to Sheila's family. Peter does find some happiness when his grandma, and Shelia's grandpa get married.

Read this book and devour it.
