The Ghost Wore Gray is about two girls, Nina and Chris, and Nina's dad. They go to a small haunted inn that Nina's dad is restoring. The first day there they see a picture of a good looking Confederate soldier. Later that night they see the Confederate soldier at the dinner table! During their stay at the inn, Nina's father finds a place that hides slaves. One night, the ghost ends up right next to Nina's bed. Nina and Chris follow him. But where will the ghost lead them?

The Ghost Wore Gray is a sequel to The Ghost in the Third Row.
