Handful of Time is about a girl named Patricia who was sent out West to her aunt's
cottage house for the summer. Patricia isn't happy about this because she doesn't know her
cousins at all. She doesn't know how to camp or canoe. She doesn't even know how to make
friends. Every day something goes wrong for Patricia. She just doesn't fit in, and is very
lonely. One day, she is sent back in time, and begins to find out why her mother and her
family are always nervous and scared. This book is a mystery and adventure book. I
recommend this book to people who like to read books that are sad, mysterious and
adventurous. This is a great book to read!
