| Reviewer: Brandon M. '07 Hershel and the Hanukkah Goblins is about a man named
Hershel who goes from town to town to celebrate Hanukkah. However, when he comes to one
town, they are not celebrating Hanukkah. He asks them why and they say because of the
goblins. Whenever they try to light a candle, the goblins blow it out and throw the latkes
on the floor. The villagers say to defeat the goblins and to have Hanukkah, you have to
spend eight full nights in the old synagogue.

nights and if the town gets Hanukkah back.
