Judith Sparrow's mother has just died and
now Judith is an orphan and has no one to care for her except her uncle in South Carolina.
But to live in her uncle's house she must obey one rule and one rule only ... nothing
green is allowed in the house. Judith can't obey this rule because she can't leave her
mother's picture in its lovely green silk frame. So she hides it at the bottom of her
trunk and unleashes a ghost of a girl who cut off her very
own wrist and died, or so they thought. Read this book to find out what happens to
Judith.
