Elizabeth is starting at a new school. She walks through the woods to get there. One day she meets Jennifer. It is Halloween and Jennifer is wearing a Pilgrim’s costume. Jennifer tells Elizabeth she is a witch and will teach Elizabeth how to be one too. Jennifer and Elizabeth meet on Saturdays and Jennifer tells Elizabeth to eat something strange each week. Is Jennifer really a witch? Will Elizabeth become a witch?

I liked this book because it held my attention, and it was very exciting.
