Judy Moody is a story about a girl
who only wants to be with her best friend Rocky. Judy never takes the time to get know
other people. One day Judy gets an invitation to Frank Pearl's party. Frank is known as a
paste eater and Judy thinks he is weird - she does not want to go to the party.
However, her mom says, "It would be nice if you went to the party Judy". Judy
gives in and goes to Frank's party. Judy's parents drop her off at the party and say,
"We'll be backing as soon as we drop off your brother". Judy findsherself in a
backyard full of kids she does not like. The party seemes to linger until one by one each
child gets picked up. Judy finds herself alone with Frank. Then Frank suggests they go up
in his room. When they get up to Frank's room Judy asks him if he really eats paste. Frank
says, "No I only did it once because it was a dare". By the time Judy's parents
picks her up from the party, Judy and Frank have become friends. Judy invites Frank back
to her house. She introduces Frank to Rocky. They all go to get ice cream and have a good
time.
