read the book Kaya and Lone Dog. This the fourth book in the
American Girl Kaya series. Kaya becomes friends with a lone dog who
has wandered into her camp and people stay away because of the
possible danger he might cause. Kaya believes this is not a bad dog
and can be trusted. She brings food to the dog. The dog loves her
very much but when the lone dog has pups and Kaya brings them and the
lone dog back to her camp things change.
Read
this book to find out what happens. This is a story of friendship and I
think everyone would like it. This book would be a nice length for a
third grader.
