This book is about a young man named TinTin.  He coincidentally finds a briefcase belonging to Professor Alembick.  A series of awkward events lead TinTin to believe that there is a conspiracy against the King.  While traveling to Sylvania, he falls out of an airplane.  He desperately tries to get to the capital to warn the King that his sceptre is about to be stolen.  However, everyone is against TinTin, setting him up.  He can't trust anyone.  When he finally reaches the King, it is too late.  It is a mystery of the hidden sceptre, and a race to who can find it first. 

I recommend this comic book to anyone who enjoys an action packed adventure.
