This is a story
about a girl named Ant who feels that she is adopted because
she does not look anything like her two "perfect sisters."
Ant believes that only her dog, Pistachio, is really from
her real family and that one day her "real" mom
is going to take her and her dog away. Ant makes her parents
believe that she does horribly in school, when she actually
gets A's and B's. When "Just Carol," Ant's art teacher,
realizes the truth about Ant, she decides to make a big impact
on her life.
This book is really
touching because Ant has to deal with a lot of inconveniences
that happen in her life.

This
book is about a girl named Ant MacPherson and her small dog
Pistachio. Ant lies a lot. She usually gets away with it too,
but now her art teacher 'Just Carol' is trying to make her stop.
It's hard for Ant to tell the truth when she's always doing
things wrong.
This is one of my favorite books. I would recommend it to almost
anyone, especially people who love animals.
