| Reviewer: Kristin G. '07 Pippi Lonstocking visits her father the king of Kurrekurredutt
Island. Her two friends, Tommy and Anika, went along with her. While Pippi and her friends
were there, her father and the other grownups had to leave the island in order to hunt.
Princess Pippi was in charge of all the children.
After the adults left, two strangers, Jim and Buck, came
to Kurrekurredritt to steal pearls and other belongings of the islanders. They were
tricked by Pippi and the children, and they finally
left the island.
Most of the time the children had fun swimming and playing
marbles. Soon they began to miss their families in Villa Villekulla, and they had a choice
to make. Would they remain on the island, or go back home?
