This book is about Ramona Quimby.  She is going into the fourth grade.  Her teacher this year is Mrs. Meacham, and Ramona has a new best friend.  Ramona is sure this will be a great year yet she decides after the first few days 4th grade is not her thing.  Her teacher and her friends expect more things from her and it is not always fun. Ramona also has to figure out how she can be a good role model for her sister.  Find out how Ramona deals with it.

I would recommend this book to people who are going into 4th grade because you might end up in her position.  I enjoyed this book because I think Ramona is a funny yet emotional character.

This is one of the many books written about a girl named Ramona Quimby. This book begins when Ramona is nine years old and going into the fourth grade.  She meets a new girl at school  named Daisy, who becomes Ramona's best friend.  Like the other Ramona stories, this book is about life's ups and downs in and out of school.

I would recommend this book to girls who enjoy a little bit of humor. There are lots of old fashioned words and funny remarks made by Ramona and other characters throughout the story.
