Baseball season starts and Willy, well he loves baseball. He acts
really crazy, interfering with
the little boys' games and everything. There is also one other thing
going on -- there is there two new
cats that just moved into the neighborhood. The hard part about it for
Chuck is that both of them
don’t like dogs so Chuck doesn’t tell Willy that he’s hanging out with
them. The two new guys think
cats should hang out with cats and dogs should hang out with dogs, and
that is that. So Chuck just keeps his mouth shut about Willy when he was around them, so he
won't lose his friendship
with the new cats. Chuck is showing the new guys around the
neighborhood when all of a sudden,
Willy comes running out from a baseball field with the ball in his
mouth. There is a dog catcher right there waiting to trap Willy! If
Chuck goes out to save Willy the other cats will think he’s the
craziest cat in the world to be friends with a dog and won’t accept
his friendship. But if Chuck stays with his two new cat friends Willy
will be caught and sent to
the pound! Who will he choose,
his new friends or his old? He has to hurry because times running
out!!!
This book is the second sequel to
Upchuck and the Rotten Willy. For this book I would rate it
another 9 because I really enjoy these kinds of books a lot.
