| Reviewer: Dinora F. '07 The Search for Delicious is a thrilling fantasy about
Ardis the Mermaid, Mining dwarfs and Woldwellers who live in the very center tree of a
forest and will answer all your questions. Well, that was what it used to be like before
the people came, before war nearly broke out; this is how it started. DeCree, the Prime
minister, is writing a dictionary. It all goes fine until he comes to the definition for
delicious. The King says apples are delicious; the queen says Christmas pudding. The Prime
minister doesn’t know what to do. So he sends his twelve year old boy, Gaylen, to
take a poll of the whole kingdom’s vote for delicious. An unknown person is riding
around telling people lies about the poll to try and break out a war.
