This
book is about two girls named Marylin and Kate. They are best
friends, until 6th grade. In 6th grade these two girls go
their separate ways. Marylin makes friends with a new girl,
Flannery, who is very out-spoken and is a grade ahead of her.
Kate does not like Flannery. Marylin is changed by Flannery.
Marylin tries out for cheerleading and makes the squad! Instant
popularity comes to her, which really annoys Kate. Kate gets
a boyfriend, which makes Marylin a little jealous. Will the
two girls get back together?
