| Reviewer: Jenny M. '07 SOS Titanic is about a young boy, Barry O’Neil, who
lives in Ireland with his Grandma and Grandpop. They get first class tickets for him to go
to America and live with his parents. Barry loves Ireland, and doesn’t know what
America will be like; he hasn’t even met his parents. A girl, Pegeen Flynn, is from
Barry’s village. He meets her on the Titanic and they become very close
friends. The night when the Titanic sinks, Barry can’t leave Pegeen and her
brothers down in third class. Will he make it , or will his and Pegeen’s lives be
over?
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes to read
about the Titanic, or who likes adventure.
