H. '11 This book is about
Addie Mills, a horse named Treasure, and the true meaning of
Thanksgiving. Addie's teacher has told her that it would be a nice thing
to do to invite your enemies to Thanksgiving. She tells her best friend
Carla Mae that she thinks they should invite Mr. Rehnquist, (her
father's enemy because he ripped him off when he dug a lake for him.)
She decides to give him his own Thanksgiving dinner. Friendships and
feelings start to change.
This book is really good because It is very
interesting to read and it is very surprising at the end. This book was
written 33 years ago but its words are still exciting!
