| Michelle sees a picture of a shiny red
bicycle in a magazine. She has wanted one for a long time and this one is perfect.
She tells her dad about it, but he says she can't have it. Then one day at school
Michelle discovers that her family is sitting on top of a gold mine. Now she knows how she
will get the bicycle. She will dig for the gold and buy the bike herself. Things get out
of hand when Michelle's friends come over and help dig for the gold. You have to read the
book to see if she gets the red bicycle. Spring 2002 |
