Touchdown for
Tommy
is an amazing book. It is about an orphan named Tommy who
plays Little League football. Not only is football Tommy's
favorite sport, it may be his key to a new family. Tommy is
pleasantly surprised when he finds out that his foster father,
Mr. Powell, is his coach. Tommy really wants a real family
again. He tries very hard to impress Mr. Powell with hopes
that he will adopt him. Things do not go as expected. Will
Mr. Powell adopt Tommy or will Tommy have to wait for another
family to come along? This book is very suspenseful and exiting.
I recommend this
book to anyone who likes sports books and stories that make
you appreciative of what you have.
